They said they practiced a lot in beginning stages of their career and most of them have a 10 key typing certification.

You have done a great job and been appreciated by a client?

Let the world know. If you do not ask a happy client for a
testimonial it is an opportunity lost.

Why? Because testimonials look great on your profile and
your website. In fact at times they become a deciding factor
in recruitment. So if you feel inhibited or you go tongue
struck before a client when asking for a testimonial think again.

In fact a simple sentence would be...."I am glad that you liked
my work. Will you let me add your word of appreciation as
a testimonial in my profile? If you are too busy can I send it
to you for approval?" In 95% cases the client will ask you
to mail him the testimonial and will add to it.
